Quality+ Enhancing Inclusive Quality Practices in Adult Education

Quality+ (Q+ ADU) is a two-year Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership (2025–2027) dedicated to strengthening inclusive practices and quality standards in adult education across Europe.

The project brings together organisations from 5 countries ( Norway – Coordinator, Greece, Italy, Spain, Romania) to collaborate on innovative solutions that respond to the real needs of diverse adult learners.
The partnership will develop two specialised work-life competence programmes: one tailored for adults with ADHD and one designed to support immigrant learners in their integration and professional development. In parallel, the project focuses on enhancing educators’ competences through training courses, digital learning resources, and practical inclusive teaching tools.
A key component of Quality+ is the improvement and adaptation of quality assurance systems in adult education settings, drawing on recognised European standards such as EQUASS. Through research, study visits, pilot testing, and stakeholder engagement, the project aims to create sustainable tools and frameworks that can be adopted beyond the partnership.
Within the project, ASOCIATIA INSTITUTUL PENTRU DEZVOLTARE SI INOVARE (IDEI), Romania, plays an active role in research, curriculum development, pilot testing, and dissemination activities. IDEI contributes its expertise in education and innovation to support the development of inclusive methodologies and to promote the project results at national and European level.
By fostering collaboration, innovation, and lifelong learning, Quality+ aims to contribute to a more inclusive, accessible, and high-quality adult education sector across Europe.
